Overview
SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.
The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.

ARMADA Ltd’s Quality Management System (QMS) lays the groundwork for continual improvement of ARMADA’s services with the ultimate goal of enhanced customer satisfaction and increased effectiveness and efficiency.
ARMADA’s QMS was established, documented and implemented in accordance with the requirements set forth by international quality standards and best practices. Our system is maintained, enforced and continually improved through the use of the quality policy and objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective/preventive actions, customer feedback, and management review.
To design and implement the QMS, ARMADA has:

Identified and documented the processes needed for the QMS and their application throughout the organization;

Determined the sequence and interaction of these;

Determined criteria and methods needed to ensure that the operation and control of processes are effective, and documented them in a Quality Policy, formal written procedures and detailed work instructions. Related information is contained in contract-specific Statements of Work (SOW) and service delivery summaries;

Ensured the continuing availability of resources and information necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes;

Established systems to monitor, measure and analyze these processes; and

Established processes to identify and implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
ARMADA’s QMS was developed using a process approach. We utilize the same approach and quality management principles contained in multiple international standards to continuously improve our products and services to effectively compete in a mature market environment. All parts of our QMS are continuously reviewed for suitability and accuracy.
