	With the Hamilton County Local Emergency Planning Committee, I have had the privilege of working with Mandy on the 2012 Functional Exercise, involving the Emergency Operations Center. This exercise was extremely complex, as it dovetailed into the larger multi-operational period Functional Exercise involving the other county Emergency Operation Centers within my region and the State Emergency Operations Center. She did a masterful job of applying the ideas from the design team into exercise products. She and her team were of great assistance during the implementation of the exercise as well. Having not exercised our security plan for many years, there was great hesitation from our organization as we started this process. I can tell you that the professional service that we received from Armada, in particular from Lee Foster was the success of our mission.
